Job Description
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers with a smile.
Responsibilities
Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages. Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment. Describing menu items, using a register, and suggesting products to customers.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Past Barista Experience
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
Additional Details:
This position is part-time, full time, weekend rotation needed, holidays needed.
Wages starts at $11 an hour plus tips. (tips average between $3.5 - $11 an hour depending on shift and crowd)
