• *You will be preparing coffee drinks and food for customers while creating a friendly and hospitable atmosphere *Greet all customers with a friendly smile; provide friendly, efficient, and personal service to each customer *Take food and drink orders; understand the food and beverage menu in order to provide the best possible description and execution of menu items to your guests *Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the coffee preparation process, including specialty drinks *Accurately and efficiently enter orders into POS system *Clear and reset counters and tables at the conclusion of each guest visit *Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures

• *You like interacting with other people and consider yourself to be \xe2\x80\x9cpeople person" *Love teamwork and value the opportunity to work together *Recognize how to deliver excellent customer service *Are willing to learn new things, especially the newest recipe for a beverage! *Able to maintain composure in a hectic, high-energy work environment *Possess outstanding communication abilities *No prior experience necessary *Maintain constant and regular attendance and punctuality, whether or not a suitable accommodation is provided. *Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends, evenings, early mornings, late nights, and/or holidays *Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation *Engage with and comprehend our customers, including learning about their demands and meeting them through amiable and transparent communication *rapid learning ability *being able to follow oral and written directions, comprehend them, and ask for clarification when necessary *excellent interpersonal skills *the capacity to cooperate in a group *the capacity to form relationships

• *Free Coffee while working *Free tea, drip coffee and 50 percent off all food and beverage, even when not on shift *Pay is between $13.50 and $18 per hour when factoring in your tips. *Base wage is between $9.50 and $11.00 per hour depending on experience. *As a new and rapidly growing company career opportunities will continue to open up and be available to apply for as a current team member first.
