Job Description
41 North Coffee Co in Wendell, NC is looking for a full time barista, preferably over 21 preferred to join our team. We are located on 41 N Main St. Our ideal candidate is mature, motivated, not afraid of work, happy, customer service oriented and TEAM focused. We are looking for someone mature that must have availability weekends and evenings. Barista or food service experience is preferred but not required. With tips our barista's average 13-16 an hour. We also promote from within, leads and supervisor positions.
We are looking for someone to work weekdays and evenings starting at 3pm
Responsibilities to Include, but not limited to:
Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
Maintain a very clean and organized work area
Follow health and safety guidelines
Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Restock
Qualifications
Proven working experience in customer service
High integrity with a great attendance record
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
18 years of age and older
