Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co is a specialty coffee shop dedicated to bringing the rich tradition of Yemeni coffee to Minnesota. We pride ourselves on quality, authenticity, and exceptional customer service.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Barista to join our amazing team. As a Barista at Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co, you will play a key role in providing our customers with outstanding service and an exceptional coffee experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Crafting and serving a variety of Yemeni coffee beverages, including traditional Arabic coffee as well as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos. Taking customer orders and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in service. Operating espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and service areas. Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive experience. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Following opening and closing procedures as outlined by management. Upsell additional products or menu items to increase sales

Qualifications:

Previous barista experience preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a passion for coffee and hospitality. Availability to work the specified opening or closing shift Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
