We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Representative to join our dynamic client team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their clients, providing exceptional customer service and support in the financial services sector. You will assist customers with their inquiries related to loans, financial products, and services while ensuring a positive experience.
Duties
Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from customers regarding loan applications, processing, and financial services.
Provide accurate information about loan origination and processing procedures.
Utilize financial software to assist clients with their requests efficiently.
Perform basic math calculations to help customers understand loan terms and payment options.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using 10 key typing skills.
Collaborate with loan officers and other team members to resolve customer issues promptly.
Follow up on outstanding inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on financial products and services offered by the company.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.
Strong basic math skills to assist customers effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in finance or related fields is an advantage.
Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)
Availability: 12:00am-5:00am, 12:00am-8am, 4am-8am and 7pm-12pm.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
