Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Bakery Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of baked goods while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bakery.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and baking of various bakery items

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment

- Uphold food safety standards and guidelines in all aspects of food handling

- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a culinary or bakery setting is preferred

- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in baking

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
