Duties

Assist in the preparation and baking our gourmet Doughnuts. Support decorating efforts by applying icing and decorative elements as directed. Package finished products for display and sale while ensuring quality standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace in compliance with food handling regulations. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their selections and answering any inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in product quality. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, mixers, and knives.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a culinary or bakery environment is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment as well as independently. Willingness to learn new techniques related to food preparation and baking. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
