Sweet Me Good is a vibrant, creative artisan bakery located in the heart of Atlanta. We specialize in handcrafted cinnamon rolls, brownies, cookies, merveilleux puffs, and other irresistible treats -- paired with coffee, tea, and community vibes. We're looking for team members who are passionate about desserts, coffee, and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service. Take and prepare customer orders for coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and desserts. Share product knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Process transactions accurately using POS and handle cash/credit.

Barista Duties

Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to Sweet Me Good standards. Maintain coffee bar cleanliness, equipment, and stock. Ensure presentation and quality are consistent in every cup.

Bakery Assistant Duties

Assist in preparing, plating, and packaging desserts like cinnamon rolls, cookies, and cakes. Help with decorating, stocking displays, and rotating products to ensure freshness. Support bakers with prep tasks as needed.

Operations & Cleanliness

Keep the dessert lounge tidy and inviting, including counters, seating, and restrooms. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Assist with opening and closing duties.
Qualifications

Experience as a barista, cafe worker, or bakery assistant preferred (but we'll train the right person!). Strong communication and people skills -- you enjoy engaging with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized. Basic math skills and comfort handling transactions. Flexible schedule -- weekends and evenings may be required. A love of coffee, desserts, and creating joyful experiences.
