We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an overnight Baker. In this role, you will be integral to our food production process, ensuring that high-quality products are prepared for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in commercial scratch baking and have a commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Must be able to work from 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. and weekends and some holidays
Produce a variety of donuts, cakes, pastries, pies, bread and other baked goods according to established recipes.
Fry cake and raised donuts and frost and in some cases, fill them.
Package finished products for sale while ensuring quality standards are met.
Assist in food preparation tasks, including mixing and measuring ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Follow all food handling procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Must be able to work in the United States.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of commercial scratch baking experience.
Must have experience frying cake and raised donuts.
Experience in cake decorating is highly desirable.
Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
