Our Bakers are responsible for preparing a variety of pastries and confections for our Caf? guests. They perform many functions that include, but are not limited to: slicing, dicing, chopping, mixing and portioning ingredients. Our Bakers must be detail-oriented, demonstrate a commitment to quality service and sanitation, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
? Follow company recipes precisely to maintain product consistency
? Portion batters and/or dough
? Work on table to hand shape dough to specification
? Monitor oven to ensure proper bake times and temps
? Package product according to customer orders
? Clean and maintain kitchen and all baking equipment
Requirements
? 6 months experience working in a commercial kitchen is preferred
? Must be knowledgeable in food handling, food safety and sanitation
? A positive attitude and strong work ethic
? Have or be able to obtain Alaska Food Worker Card within 30 days post-hire
? Eligible to work in the United State and 18 years of age of older
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
