Job Summary
Should you actually be baking cookies in a hollow tree? Do you have the biggest sweet tooth? Are you passionate about pastries and baked goods of all types? Then it may be time for you to join our team as a Baker!Job Responsibilities
- Handle the overall daily production of all cakes, pastries, and baked goods for the Alley Restaurant.
- Delegate daily responsibilities and duties to your bakery team.
- Take order and inventory ingredients of all bakery products.
- Plate desserts for the restaurant and for display.
- Work alongside the Executive Chef and restaurant management team in events or business relating to the restaurant.
- Monitor food and operational expenses reports.
Personal Skills
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to delegate.
- Able to multitask and to stay calm under stressful/unusual circumstances.
- Exhibit interpersonal savvy and has an open line of communication to all staff.
- Create a comfortable work environment for all team members.
- Punctuality and work consistency.
Work/Educational Requirements
- Food Safety Certification
- High School Diploma or GED

- From $13.00 per hour with opportunity for growth.
