About Us



Compound Foundry is a fast-growing family of home and decor brands--including Painted Paper, Lemon Park, Carbon Home Goods, Aspen&Arlo, and Anthem Classic. We create beautifully designed products and collaborate with interior designers, retailers, and tastemakers across the country.

As we continue to grow, we're expanding our Outreach team and looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join us as B2B Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll be on the front lines--reaching out to and meeting interior designers, decorators, and business owners to introduce our products.

This is a high-energy, people-first role. You'll make outbound calls and in-person visits to spark interest, build relationships, and help expand our network of trade and wholesale partners. It's real interactions--no scripts, no fluff--just smart, engaging conversations with the goal of opening doors for our business.

What You'll Do



Research and reach out to potential trade partners, wholesalers, boutiques, and corporate accounts via phone, email, and in-person visits Confidently introduce our brands and products in a way that feels personalized and compelling Ask thoughtful questions to qualify leads based on their business model, design aesthetic, and purchasing needs Document notes, meeting outcomes, and follow-ups to support next steps Coordinate follow-up actions like sending samples or booking calls with senior account reps Actively work to convert qualified leads into new trade accounts and first-time orders Track your daily outreach and share feedback to help refine our outreach strategy Travel up to ~10 weeks per year to visit potential partners in their spaces--boutiques, studios, shops, etc.

What We're Looking For



Excellent phone and in-person presence--warm, professional, and genuinely curious Quick thinker who can adapt in conversation without relying on a script Comfortable owning sales goals and closing new accounts--you're motivated by results and not afraid to ask for the sale Detail-oriented and consistent with notes and follow-ups Resilient, upbeat, and collaborative--you don't take "no" personally Some experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
