ROLE DESCRIPTION We're growing our B2B outside sales team and looking for self-starters ready to hit the ground running.



You'll receive hands-on training and use our custom CRM to master prospecting and closing deals. Rapid, in-the-field training that cuts the fluff. While some companies emphasize classroom training and video modules, we believe in leadership by example and real on-the-job professional development. Sharpen your skills in prospecting, closing, and building client relationships.



Evolve from winning new business to nurturing repeat clients and re-enrollments as well as referral-based business. COMPENSATION & ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS Our pay is as straightforward as our approach. The better you perform, the more you make. With uncapped earnings , our average earnings for new agents is over $80,000 in their first year, and many earn well over $100,000/year.
