We use rapid development methodologies -- including AI-assisted build processes -- to bring high-quality products to market faster than traditional approaches allow.

Our first product,

SmartTract Go

, is currently in beta with strong early demand, and we're preparing for full launch. We're looking for a

B2B Sales Manager

who can help shape our commercial foundation and build the partnerships that will drive our next phase of growth.

This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving environment where your work directly influences the trajectory of the company.

What You'll Do



Build and manage SmartTract's B2B sales pipeline

from ground zero

Identify and engage

distributors, retailers, wellness outlets, and specialty partners

Run meetings, present the product, and negotiate agreements

that drive revenue

Lead product demos

that showcase SmartTract Go's engineering and value proposition

Drive follow-ups and convert leads

into closed deals with consistent discipline

Own partner relationships

, manage reorder cycles, and establish early revenue streams

Influence pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy

as we scale

What We're Looking For



B2B sales experience

in consumer products, wellness, health tech, or related industries

Comfortable owning the full sales cycle

-- from outreach and discovery through negotiation and closing

Clear communicator

with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail

Thrives in autonomy

-- enjoys building structure, systems, and processes from scratch

Interest in modern engineered products

and fast-paced product development cycles

Compensation & Growth



Base Salary:

$50,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)

Commission:

3% of all B2B wholesale revenue you close

Equity:

Up to 0.25% vesting after one year, based on performance

Growth Path:
