** Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start. ** REQUIRED: Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education. Must have a current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in a State or Territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia and have a current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. A minimum of two (2) years\' experience as a Registered Pharmacist; A minimum of one (1) year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.
Requirements:
- Certifications: BLS, and Covid Card
- Experience: Must have minimum 2 years of experience.
- License: Must have active AZ or Compact state license
