AWS AI and Machine Learning Engineer

Key Role:

Contribute to the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of AI and Machine Learning (ML) solutions using your proficiency in Python. Learn and apply knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), including transformative and GPT models, to enhance your AI/ML skills. Leverage an array of AWS services, such as AWS OpenSearch Service, AWS Lambda, ECS, Textract, Comprehend, SQS, SNS, and SageMaker, as part of your work in an AWS environment. Integrate LLMs with AWS OpenSearch to create scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions. Collaborate with software developers, solutions architects, systems engineers, and product owners to deliver world-class solutions. Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the performance and efficiency of our AI/ML solutions. Ensure our solutions are always at the forefront of innovation by staying abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML, LLMs, AWS, and related technologies.

Basic Requirements:

2+ years of AI/ML development in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments

Experience with AWS services and Python, including AI/ML applications

Experience with learning about Large Language Models (LLMs)

Experience working in an AWS environment

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree

Additional Qualifications

2 + years of experience in AWS supporting AI/ML projects

Experience with AWS services

Experience with front-end or back-end development

Experience in a startup environment

Ability to work effectively in a team

Ability to be a self-starter with a passion for learning and a willingness to grow in the field of AWS Cloud Services and AI/ML

Possession of excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

AWS Certification in Machine Learning

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual\xe2\x80\x99s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen\xe2\x80\x99s total compensation package for employees.
