The AVP, Test Manager is responsible for evolving and maturing the current testing framework to implement a scalable, risk-aware testing strategy that supports enterprise initiatives. As the company undertakes several transformative, multi-year, enterprise-wide initiatives, the role will play a critical leadership role in shaping and overseeing the test management strategy across these high-impact programs. This role partners with the broader Transformation team, IT, Data & Analytics and business units across the organization, to implement structured testing strategies that align with compliance standards, integrate into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines, and enable enterprise growth.
