Doug Smith Autoplex - BDC Service Agent
Doug Smith Autoplex isn't just a great place to work--we also offer amazing benefits! We're looking for a full-time Business Development Center (BDC) Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll take inbound phone calls, assist customers in scheduling service appointments, and communicate with customers via phone, text, and email. Experience with cars or computers is helpful, but if you're willing to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to succeed.
This department is one of the most fun and upbeat teams in the entire Autoplex!
