What You'll Do

Greet customers, listen to concerns, and write clear, accurate repair orders. Present inspection findings with photos/videos and explain options professionally. Build estimates, price jobs, order parts, and manage work-in-progress. Communicate between techs and customers; set expectations and timelines. Close approved work, collect payment, and schedule follow-ups/maintenance. Keep the day organized and moving.
What You Bring

1+ year

automotive service advisor or front-counter experience (retail or dealer). Strong phone skills; confident presenting estimates and handling objections. Basic automotive knowledge and parts familiarity. Comfortable with shop management software and digital inspections. Valid

driver's license

; dependable, positive, and customer-obsessed.
Bonus Points (Preferred)

Prior

Precision Tune/independent

shop experience, or dealer service lane background.

ASE C1

or other ASEs; Spanish/English bilingual. Experience with

digital inspections

and texting platforms.
