Great communication and people skills along with a very positive attitude are key to success. Technical vehicle knowledge is very helpful but not required. This position involves building rapport, establishing relationships, listening, and communicating between technicians and customers. Ability to communicate customer concerns to technicians and technical terms to customers as well as good math and communication skills are required. Empathy will be required every day.

Qualifications:

Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions.

Possess excellent customer service skills.

Experience preferred in auto, RV, heavy equipment, parts sales or related field, CDJR experience preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Ability to multitask.

Ability to work out of and switch between different computer programs.

CDK DMS experience a plus.
