Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication \xe2\x80\x9cscripts\xe2\x80\x9d when handling different topics
Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Attend Training Sessions and Meetings as required.
Performs other duties as assigned
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors
Qualifications
Excellent telephone, writing and typing skills.
Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
A desire and ability to work in a performance and process driven environment.
Strong organizational and time management.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Self-starter and self-motivator
Bilingual a PLUS!
