A strong first impression with customers is an essential part of the automotive sales process. Our BDC provides that first, friendly, helpful voice for consumers who reach out to us about their automotive needs.
Responsibilities
Answers customer calls and establishes follows-up with sales appointments
Responds quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
Provides customers with initial product information and directs them to the appropriate dealership resources
Presents initial financing options based on customer needs
Follows up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or are no-shows
Participates in team and process development sessions, keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
Utilizes CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications
Previous job involving customer service is preferred
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
Enjoys speaking to people, helping them with patient focus and attention
