Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in subprime finance, particularly within the automotive sales industry, and will be responsible for managing financial transactions, credit analysis, and customer relationships. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and customer service aptitude to support our clients effectively.

Duties

Manage financial transactions related to automotive sales, ensuring compliance with regulations and contract requirements. Conduct credit analysis to assess customer eligibility and risk levels. Perform basic math calculations to verify financial data and support decision-making processes. Develop and maintain strong customer relationship management practices to enhance client satisfaction. Oversee the finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary documentation. Provide training and support to team members on financial procedures and software usage. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in finance management, preferably in the automotive sales sector. Strong understanding of all regulations and contract management. Proficiency in credit analysis with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with financial software tools is highly desirable. Excellent math skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately. Strong customer relationship management skills to foster positive interactions with clients. Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
