Interact face-to-face with customers to discuss AT&T's telecom and wireless service options. Assist customers in selecting plans and packages that best fit their needs and lifestyle. Build trust and maintain positive relationships through consistent communication and follow-up. Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate information is processed and updated. Collaborate with the sales and management teams to meet daily and weekly performance targets. Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations to enhance satisfaction.
