Role Summary

As a

Sales Associate

, you'll help customers find the right AT&T products, services, and accessories to match their needs and lifestyle. If you're excited to begin a sales career, this role offers hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Main Duties

Greet and engage customers in a retail setting, identifying their needs Recommend AT&T plans, devices, and accessories that best fit their situation Process purchases and activations quickly and correctly Exceed individual and team sales targets Keep up with product updates, promotions, and features Help maintain store organization and displays Deliver top-notch service through professional communication and follow-up

Requirements

Retail, sales, or customer service experience helpful, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn, adapt, and succeed in a busy setting Open availability, including some weekends and holidays Basic comfort with tablets and point-of-sale systems Must be at least 18 years old
