AT&T Customer Representative Responsibilities:

? Be the first point of contact for AT&T businesses and customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and

share information on services and promotions.

? Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences.

? Learn AT&T's products, services, and policies to confidently recommend the best options.

? Manage sales orders and account updates for customers including billing questions, service upgrades, and

plan changes accurately and efficiently.

? Collaborate with your team to improve processes and deliver consistent, high-quality service.

? Work to exceed performance goals, including customer satisfaction and resolution times.

? Stay current on new products and procedures to support customers effectively.

AT&T Customer Representative Qualifications:

? Exceptional verbal and written communication skill

? Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales or related field

? A genuine passion for helping people

? Prior labor, warehouse, cashiering roles are also a plus

? Comfortable learning new skills and systems within the role

? The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a diverse range of customer inquiries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
