ADP is hiring a Wage Garnishment Ops Specialist

In this role, you will process wage garnishments for Fortune 500 Companies. Producing liens for child supports, tax levy\'s, loan payments and alimony for different states and companies.

Every day, you will process orders for multiple clients and make calls to resolve issue involving those orders.

What you\'ll do: Process orders from clients

What you can expect on a typical day:

• Day to day. Process orders for wage garnishment

• Build Relationships throughout the Business. Work across business unit to ensure the client is our North Star. Attend meeting to work through issues involving clients and working with other teams to resolve long and short- term issues.

• Deliver Results. You will deliver results as measured by metrics, including cost per hire, data integrity, time to fill, candidate quality and diversity, process adherence, and candidate/stakeholder satisfaction.

• Leverage Tools and Resources to Set You Up for Success. You will leverage the appropriate technology, tools, and resources needed to execute search strategies, especially as you work to find and attract passive talent. You will execute on the employer branding strategies, including supporting the @ADPCareers social media and digital platforms.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
• You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.

A college degree is great but not required. What\'s more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

• Experience noted above, OR
• Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

• Bachelor\'s Degree
• Strong Client relationship and interpersonal skills
