Find your future with us. Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate Staff Analyst (level 2) in Tukwila, WA or Kent, WA. The position provides an opportunity to work with an experienced, interdisciplinary team to meet challenging requirements on dynamic development programs. The Staff Analyst will be responsible for supporting various unclassified and classified US government aerospace programs. Position Responsibilities:

• Facilitates, coordinates and plans program meetings and events with internal and external customers
• Summarizes and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials
• Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues.
• Gathers requirements for team projects
• Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives
• Plans and coordinates group-level facility requirements.
• Provides status reports.
• Maintains and tracks training requirements

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires an active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1+ year of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience collecting and interpreting data
• Experience gathering customer requirements for projects
• Experience working in a classified environment
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher

Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years\' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +1 years\' related work experience, 7 years\' related work experience, etc.).
