Job Description


7-month contract / $41 per hour / Eligible for medical benefits after 90 days / May be extended or converted to perm

The position will support the Key Accounts Pre-Contract team by tracking information related to cycle time and processing customer proposals.?Verify all projects are completed according to the underlying customer contract and agreed upon timelines while complying with code of conduct, policies and procedures.?? Identify and lead mitigation of project risk while keeping key stakeholders informed. This role requires a clear and concise understanding of all project management principles: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling and Closing.

Essential Job Functions

  • Understand customer scope of work, goals, project timelines and expected run rates
  • Attend internal deployment meetings as needed to ensure compliance to proposal timelines.
  • Ensure systems are maintained with accurate and reportable data.
  • Report project status against commitments and keep national program team and stakeholders informed.
  • Track conflicts and drive issue resolution with all stakeholders
  • Own proposal accountability across all individual and collection of assigned projects
  • Escalate issues through internal lines of business and with customer management hierarchy
  • Participate in internal deployment meetings as directed by lead Project Manager, and interact with carrier representative as needed
  • Communicate and coordinate with relevant functions and parties as needed
Education/Certifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience/Minimum Requirements
  • One (1) to three (3) years of project management experience
Other Skills/Abilities
  • Knowledge of telecommunications/wireless project management, asset management, tower maintenance, and property management
  • Knowledge of site acquisition procedures, including regulatory and permitting process
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints along with and understanding of tower/roof top structural details
  • Ability to direct the diagnosis of workflow problems, critical paths and institute remedies
  • Ability to read and understand financial metrics and identify remedies to financial issues
  • Customer service orientation with a strong problem-solving approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of construction services: telco, power, fiber, basic construction, vendor equipment requirements, towers, lines, and antennas
  • Ability to communicate across multiple service groups to both internal and external customers
Additional Information
  • Location: This resource will be based out of the Houston, Katy Fwy location.
  • It will be hybrid 4 days per week in the office and Friday is an optional WFH day.
  • May be very sporadic travel if needed at all with this role.
  • 7-month assignment
  • M-F, 8 hr days, full-time.
