The EA SPORTS FC\xe2\x84\xa2 Mobile team is an international team, powered by global talent and looking for passionate new team members to help launch one world\'s largest new brands on one of the most played sports games in the world.

Responsibilities:

The Associate Producer of the Business Operations team will work with central organizations such as Publishing, Marketing, Product Management & Mobile Central Technologies on behalf of the Development Team creating roadmaps, guiding priority, and participating in value assessments of internal and external tools. You will have production or project management experience on a live service mobile game, experience working with engineering, pm, & marketing teams, and experience with Football/Soccer.

We\'re looking for someone with experience with mobile games as a business and experience driving teams toward a high-achieving outcome. Your role will involve a lot of coordination with remote teams, located around the world on one of the biggest & most complex licensed IPs.

As an associate producer for the business operations team, you will:

  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate deliverables and ensure their highest quality and success
  • Identify opportunities to grow our live operations services and tools, and work in collaboration with multiple partner groups toward implementation
  • Work with a global team to help build the next release of the largest new brand at EA, EA SPORTS FC\xe2\x84\xa2
  • Partner with our teams to create value propositions, collect requirements & plan roadmaps for new tools and optimizations
  • Be a contact and strategist for global teams working on Development tools, Central Technologies, Customer Experience, Community, Publishing, and Marketing
  • Develop successful partnerships with global/regional teams in multiple time zones - including Shanghai, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia & India
  • Help prepare & track App / Google Play Store assets and first-party featuring assets large global updates.
  • Collaborate with business operations and development teams on feature prioritization, production, and quality control.
  • Provide communication to the production team on emergent or ongoing progress, and updates related to tools & services
  • Work with the community management team to understand our users, identify areas for improvement & communicate them with partners
  • Help translate the requirements gathered from user feedback, data, and market competition to improve business growth
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years\' experience working in games development as a producer, product manager, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Project Management or Bug Tracking Software - JIRA/JAAS
  • Experience in Game Development with relevant experience working on a live service game producing successful features
  • Experience leading teams on a live mobile game producing results
  • Experience establishing clear communications between multiple teams, ensuring that actions and goals are completed on time and to quality expectations
  • Experience working with interdisciplinary experts, considering and incorporating diverse perspectives and feedback
  • Experience in a leadership role, experience leading a remote team to accomplish shared goals
Preferred Skills:
  • Have a love for global football & its stars and want to work on a product that celebrates them for players all over the world
  • Strong communication skills (email, slack, video calls, ppt). The associate producer will need to communicate with both internal and external teams
  • Guide next steps and deliverables from conception to completion
  • Motivated, organized, and managing your time and priorities.
  • Understanding of user experience on mobile with a "player first" mentality
  • Detailed, communicate value propositions, and identify risks and opportunities
  • Experience providing a safe, and inclusive environment for all team members
  • The ability to speak more than one language is an asset, please communicate which ones you speak or write fluently in your resume
  • Knowledge of how to improve a games\' store page (ie ASO) or experience with marketing/UA teams
  • Experience working on the business side of mobile games, beyond game development
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.EA has listed the base salary ranges in good faith and expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):\xc2\xba $95,450 - $141,800
  • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):\xc2\xba $89,200 - $141,800
  • Jersey City, NJ:\xc2\xba $105,250 - $141,800
  • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):\xc2\xba $89,200 - $118,550
  • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):\xc2\xba $89,200 - $130,750
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonuses and equity.
