Associate Producer

Summary:

Arrow International is looking for an Associate Producer to help with production efforts. This position will support the teams with day-to-day management of internal tasks. They will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members regarding designs. Must enjoy working with people!

Responsibilities:

  • Support managing the schedule, review all milestones for quality and gameplay deliverables
  • Technical writing/ maintenance of Game Design Documents for multiple games
  • Facilitate success criteria and definitions of completion for tasks and milestones
  • Communicating tasks and updates to all necessary team members
  • Supporting the teams and the Director in other projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • Strong, clear communicator; the ability to communicate with multiple teams
  • Must excel at following up on task completion, identifying dependencies, and disseminating information to colleagues and management
  • Highly detail oriented and displays strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills with a passion for making games and continuous growth
