JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Associate Financial Representative (AFR) role will specialize in supporting, maintaining, and servicing all clients within the Clarity Wealth Advisors firm. They will work closely with the operations team at Clarity Wealth Advisors to ensure an efficient, effective and organized office. This individual will be a liaison between the firm and the home office, as well as the firm and clients. This role's key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

SUPPORT AND CLIENT SERVICE:

-Help with the onboarding of new clients to ensure white glove service
-Prepare and process investment paperwork
-Communicate with clients and outside companies for rollovers, transfers and other service purposes
-Correspond with clients to discuss investment account service items
-Work with home office to resolve account issues
-Assist in preparing for prospect and client meetings
-Follow through to ensure tasks are completed successfully
-Handle other miscellaneous duties determined as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Life and Health licenses preferred, or gained within 6 months of employment
-FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 licenses preferred, or gained within 12 months of employment
-Experience in administrative or customer support
-Financial Service industry experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
