What You'll Do:

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services focused on preventive and restorative care Diagnose and treat oral conditions using clinical and radiographic evaluations Build trust and rapport through excellent communication and education Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and Office Managers to support high-quality patient experiences Uphold OSHA, dental board, and Riccobene clinical standards Participate in daily huddles and contribute to a positive team culture Support training and mentorship of clinical staff as needed

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active (or eligible) North Carolina dental license Valid DEA license, malpractice insurance, and current CPR certification Proficiency in restorative dentistry, Invisalign, simple/surgical extractions, and non-molar endo 2+ years of experience preferred (strong new grads welcome to apply)
