The Position

Carlyle Dentistry is seeking a skilled, motivated, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established and growing practice in Kinston, NC. Duties & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning Provide general, restorative, and cosmetic dental procedures with precision and care Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records in compliance with best practices Stay current with continuing education and advancements in dental technology Contribute to a positive, patient-focused practice culture and team environment

Supervisory Responsibilities

No immediate direct reports

Skills & Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active license in NC, in good standing Completion of a residency program At least 1 year of clinical experience Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry - ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients, and has a focus on prevention Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve

Work Environment

On-site position in Kinston, North Carolina In office 4 days a week - no weekends Focused on PPO/FFS patients

Compensation

High earning potential, with an annual production range of $300,000-$350,000, based on experience and performance Compensation includes a daily rate guarantee to provide stability as you build your schedule, as well as a percentage of collections once established

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active license in NC, in good standing
