Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney

to join our team in our

Topeka, Lawrence, Wichita or Overland Park office

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to discuss their financial situation and legal options Represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases Prepare petitions, schedules, and legal filings Attend court hearings, creditor meetings, and related proceedings Provide compassionate and professional guidance throughout the process

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) and license to practice law in Kansas (required) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage a caseload Experience in consumer bankruptcy is preferred but

not required

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday In-person in Topeka office (with some remote work potential after training)
