Position Overview:



Alpha Law Firm is seeking a

motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney

who recently passed the

July 2025 California Bar Exam

or is newly licensed to practice law in California. This is an exciting opportunity for an

entry-level attorney

to gain hands-on litigation experience and grow within a respected consumer protection and personal injury firm.

As part of our team, you'll work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and senior attorneys to build strong cases and achieve results. You'll also have the chance to work closely with the

Firm's President and Founder

, gaining mentorship and firsthand litigation training.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage a caseload of

Lemon Law

and

Personal Injury

claims from intake through resolution Draft and review pleadings, discovery, and settlement demands Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy development Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Support senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation and settlement negotiations

Qualifications:



Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Successful completion of the

July 2025 California Bar Exam

(or awaiting admission results) Excellent legal writing, communication, and research skills Strong attention to detail and time management abilities Passion for client advocacy, consumer law, and litigation Team player with a proactive and professional attitude
