Job Description

Associate attorned needed for boutique private practice law firm practicing in the areas of family formation (adoption & assisted reproduction & surrogacy), estate planning, employment law and personal injury. Practice also serves the LGBTQ community. Ideal candidate will enjoy client interaction and have prior experience in private practice and want to stay in private practice, will have litigation experience, prior experience with Clio, good writing and communication skills, and wants the opportunity to grow the law practice and be involved in marketing and business development while also providing excellent client services. Lots of client interaction as well as opportunities for court appearances and involvement in the legal community. Opportunity to become eventual part owner in the business. Must be licensed in Virginia. Year end performance bonus also provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
