Associate Attorney
Job Description
A fast-growing law firm located in Brooklyn, New York is seeking a full-time associate attorney. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding legal team.
The role will involve work across multiple areas of law, with a primary focus on:
Real estate transactions and disputes
Commercial matters, including contract drafting and negotiations
Commercial litigation, including motion practice, court appearances.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing
2+ years of experience
Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A strong interest in real estate and commercial law is a plus
Compensation:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with opportunity for growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,626.91 per year
