Lifepoint Health has an opportunity for an Associate Production Control Analyst based out of our Brentwood, TN Health Support Center Offices. This role will coordinate the process of programs and peripheral equipment on mainframe and/or distributed computer systems. The Associate Production Control Analyst will be tasked to submit batch jobs using a scheduler or manual processing, monitor all jobs for successful completion and take actions when problems occur, and interpret restart/rerun instructions responding accordingly. This role will need to understand complex instructions, job interdependencies, operating system functionality, scheduling systems, JCL, and data set organization.
