Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,800 to $63,450 based on a full-time schedule
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications: OPTIMAL PRIOR EXPERIENCE:
2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company
Bachelor Degree preferred
Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel
Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgency
Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills \xe2\x80\x94 Discretion with sensitive information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Respects & values differences, acts with integrity, and operates with justice
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Front Desk presence
Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential and organized manner
Maintain calendars and schedule both on and off-site meetings
Mobile devices; new device orders, sending and tracking repairs, manage and update logs
Local team support including location supply ordering
HHC / Hot Shots
Donations; processing new requests and following all GCS guidelines
Bill Pay utilizing the new SAP 4HANA / MyBuy System
Monitor email and phone calls; proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues when possible
Maintain and update distribution and contact list
Organize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy
Daily interaction with all Functional Teams
Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis
Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations
Administer specific applications/time bound processes to include specific tasks (Respond & Recover) in an accurate and timely manner
Capable of creating customized actionable market reports using pivot tables, advanced formulas or
macros
Work on special projects as necessary
