Job Description



First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an Assistant Vice President & Branch Call Support Manager to join the team in our Service Delivery Division. In this role, the AVP & Branch Call Support Manager oversees and develops the Branch Call Support team. The position ensures that the department is effectively supporting the Branches, Call Center and other customer related resolutions and operational inquiries needed. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary) The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and/or completion of the bank\'s management training program and/or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of five years of managerial experience in a branch environment or related field required
  • Organizational ability and proven management skills
  • Working knowledge of FHB\xe2\x80\x99s systems and applications
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
  • Must have ability to use judgement and discretion in problem resolution
  • Must be able to use word processing and spreadsheet programs on PCs
  • Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license required
  • Good knowledge of the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s CIP, BSA and AML policies and procedures
