We're looking for a caring, energetic individual to join our team as a Waddler Assistant Teacher! This role supports children ages 16 mos-2 years, although you may be aske to assist in other classrooms when needed. You will be expected to help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
Duties
Create a welcoming environment for children, parents and the community.
Maintain an environment that is clean and safe.
Operate in an environment based on teamwork
Establish a partnership with parents through effective communication

Requirements
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
Ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor with children, families, and staff
Flexibility to support all classrooms and age groups as needed
Reliability for a closing shift schedule
Commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
Nice To Haves
Age 18 yrs+ preferred
6 Months of experience in a licensed child care, but will train the right person
CDA or Child development courses but not necessary
