Position Overview:

The ideal candidate is an experienced manager that is an excellent communicator, enjoys working in small yet face-paced shops, is used to multi-tasking, is detail-oriented, and is efficient with their time. Must be available to work weekends and have a flexibile schedule. Thrives off of achieving sales goals, inspiring their small yet robust team and on-the-floor coaching. While there are operations involved in this position, it is more sales-focused than operational.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be a leader in Customer Service and clienteling, assist in setting the tone for our

T-H-R-E-A-D

training model.
- Thrives off of achieving sales goals, inspiring their team and on-the-floor coaching team through positive reinforcement and supreme coaching techniques.
- The ideal candidate is an experienced manager that is an excellent communicator, enjoys working in fast paced shops, is used to multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and is efficient with their time.

Our management team works on the sales floor so it's important you love customer service as much as we do! Monthly sales bonus is in addition to the hourly listed.

Qualifications:

2+ years of retail experience required, 1+ years of management experience. Strong passion for styling and a keen eye for fashion trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be detail-oriented and thrive in a structured environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
