Job Description


Income Property Management is looking for an Assistant Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the 121-unit apartment communities of Silver Lea, Oak Creek, and Meadows Duplex. You will be assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day management including leasing of apartments, answering phones, touring with prospects, marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.

The Assistant Property Manager is required to live onsite in a 2-bedroom apartment at Silver Lea Apartments. Water, sewage, and garbage will be paid for by the property. You will have a separate office to work from at the property.

Location: Silver Lea, Oak Creek, and Meadows Duplex (Eugene, OR)

Hourly Rate: $17-$19/hr. (DOE)

Additional Compensation: $25 monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement

Schedule: FT, Tuesday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Weekly Contracted Hours: 32

What you will bring as an Assistant Property Manager
  • One year of previous customer service experience
  • Previous property management experience is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of MS365 including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, and high energy.
  • Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, state and federal labor laws, fair housing, and safety protocols.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
  • A current valid driver\'s license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
