Summary



We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team!

:

Assist the PM in planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion Monitor project progress, quality, and budget adherence Prepare and manage project documentation Conduct on-site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Knowledge of construction industry standards, codes, and regulations
