The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will support construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for business services and a strong understanding of construction processes.

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are followed.
• Support Project Managers with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and document management.
• Assist in procurement processes, RFI and submittal tracking, and change order documentation.
• Help maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Partner with field teams and trades to ensure safe, efficient execution on-site.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

• 2-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
• A background in new construction is preferred; renovation experience is also valued.
• Experience with public-sector or K-12 projects is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with platforms like Procore, MS Project, or similar tools.
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent field experience.
