Signature Livery, Inc is accepting resumes for Operations Assistant
Full-Time position; MUST have flexible schedule.
This position plays a vital role in serving all customers. This includes dispatching, tracking, reservations, phone sales, and making decisions and changes to insure a high level of service. Key reservation information accurately into the computer system while providing the highest quality of customer service. Answer customer questions regarding schedule changes, availability of vehicles, and existing reservations. You must be able to perform multiple tasks and solve problem situations simultaneously.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
To be considered qualified for this position, a candidate must meet the following requirements:
Education: High School Degree or GED
Experience: At least 2 years in customer service or dispatching.
Skills:

Type at least 50 wpm. Ability to use a calculator, operate PC software, and various office machines. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to perform basic math and spelling functions. Positive interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Fast-Learner Ability to multi-task. Punctual Proven ability to make sound decisions on a regular basis in high-pressure situations and know when to bring issues, questions, and problems to the manager. Ethical and reliable. Demonstrates respect for others.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
