Reports To: General Manager (GM)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Must be available weekends and holidays.

Minimum 3 years management and Hospitality experience required

Your Role:

As an Assistant Operation lead, you'll help lead daily operations while creating a positive, high-energy environment for both guests and staff. You'll motivate the team, uphold our standards, and contribute to Urban Air's mission of delivering adventure and excitement every day.

Key Responsibilities: People Leadership

Hire, train, supervise, and mentor team members Foster a fun, engaging, and team-focused culture Lead by example and provide coaching to drive high performance Coordinate and execute employee recognition and incentive programs

Operations Management

Oversee daily park operations, including attractions, cafe, and party services Ensure safety, cleanliness, and security throughout the facility Monitor operational performance and implement improvements Maintain high customer service standards and resolve guest concerns Promote a safe, respectful, and productive work environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

3+ years of hospitality or entertainment (theme parks, restaurants, hotels, etc.)

Leadership:

Proven ability to lead teams and manage facility operations

Tech Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

People Skills:

Builds positive relationships with staff, guests, and vendors

Problem Solving:

Able to think creatively and resolve issues efficiently

Integrity:

Strong judgment and commitment to ethical leadership
