Lumos Infinitas USA, inc is a technology startup company engaged in optical sensing business. The Irvine, Orange county, CA site is looking for an (assistant) office manager to coordinate and oversee administrative duties in the office, and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly. This position can be a full time or part time position with a flexible schedule. The scope of the responsibilities include, 1. Managing office supplies, dealing with landlord and contractors to ensure proper operation of the office 2. Scheduling meetings and assist in booking travels 3. Perform bookkeeping duties (data entry, invoicing, bill pay, issue data to CPA) 4. Perform partial payroll duties (time and PTO tracking) 5. Shipping and receiving of equipment, tools and products 6. Assist in hiring Qualifications and skills a. College degree in business administration, accounting or a related field b. Solid computer skills including M.S. Office c. Experience in basic skills of Quickbooks is desired d. Good organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management e. Outgoing personality, comfortable with dealing with people \xe2\x80\x93 suppliers, customers, and candidates f.
