Including staff, clients, customers and vendors.

Full-Time Assistant Manager - Property Management



You'll be able to demonstrate good communication skills, concern for the customer experience and show it through exceptional service. You'll be a key participant in the success of the company. You'll gain a working understanding of property management including, relations, home maintenance, vendor management including accounting. This is a full-time position servicing multiple properties and residents from our Yamhill County location.###

Position Summary




We are seeking a Highly organized Assistant Manager to support our property management operations and maintain a cohesive environment within all aspects of the company. Including operations, clients, customers and vendors.
Under the supervision and at the direction of the Principal Real Estate Broker, Property Manager, perform a variety of moderate to difficult tasks requiring accuracy and attention to detail. This key position will directly impact how we are perceived by our clients, residents and vendors.###

Key Responsibilities



Rental Property listing preparation Fill vacancies by assisting resident prospects and leading them towards showings and completion of an application Rental application processing Generate resident leases for approved applicants As Resident liaison, create a positive and responsive move-in experience Respond timely to resident questions, contacts and work orders providing 5 star communication Ensure timely maintenance, triage requests to reduce owner expense Process Rental Renewals and tenant notices Distribution of invoices and correspondence Prepare checks for payment of invoices Proper utility setup and billing Identify property deficiencies and maintenance needs Maintain timely and accurate communication records Other duties assigned as required and necessary

Qualifications




The requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

High school diploma, GED, or related experience. Minimum of two years steady work experience in a professional support setting. Ability to quickly and efficiently diagnose situations and deploy an appropriate solution Able to read, understand and follow written instructions Ability to complete reports in detail with accuracy and on-time The ability to provide excellent customer service to residents and the public Ability to treat customers/residents with positivity and respect Ability to learn a variety of software programs needed to complete daily tasks Ability to demonstrate proven organizational and time management skills Basic understanding of home maintenance is helpful. Valid driver license Good driving record Reliable vehicle with insurance Functioning smartphone Not required but beneficial; A Real Estate License, previous experience in Property Management, onsite Inspections, Maintenance coordination

Work Environment



Primarily office-based 90 percent (Yamhill County) with occasional out of office duties (various property locations around Portland Metro)
